Balance Yoga with Deb Selm
Balance Yoga is a class for all abilities, but is particularly good for people who are up early on a Saturday morning who want to recharge. We will work on yoga asana practice and flow. The practice will be spirited and lively with adaptations for varying abilities and experience levels. This is your chance to recharge, reconnect, and balance through yoga.
This class was designed to give adults a chance to practice yoga on their own or with children, their parents (seniors) or any family member at their side if they wish.
